We had an amazing experience with Wicked Pool Guys from start to finish. Kim was our salesperson, and she was incredible from day one. She answered all of our questions, never pressured us, and made us feel confident about moving forward. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. Becca, our pool coordinator, kept everything organized and on track. Her communication was excellent — she kept us updated throughout the entire process and made sure we always knew what was happening next. Chris, Logan, and Julio were the crew who installed our pool, and they were outstanding. They worked hard, paid attention to detail, and treated our property with respect. We purchased our pool from Kim. She was fabulous! We absolutely love our Fiji blue Charleston. The 2 seats on the stair end are our favorite place to play dominoes! The installation took about 28 days, but we are all human, and we can't control the weather. The install crew was professional, polite, and so helpful! They made sure to give us a temporary fence over the weekend so our dogs could be outside. My littlest loved watching the guys using the equipment in the backyard. The crew would wave at him as they went past the windows with the skid steer full of rock/dirt they were filling in the area around the pool with. The concrete guys were great! They let us come out and put our handprints in the concrete. Thank you, Wicked Pool Guys, for our backyard oasis!

I tried to post on there FB page (wicked pool guys) but I guess they hide all the bad post because mine was deleted and I was blocked. I also tried to post on Grzly marketing page about wicked pool guys and he also deleted my post and blocked me. Another review sounds similar to mine about bad reviews being deleted. Says a lot about a company to hide bad reviews. As a “new” company they are going in the wrong direction. My neighbor has been having a pool put in for almost 2 months now already made 2 payment and still waiting on concrete. Always good to take screen shots! Pictures are as of today 8-29-24. Started this end of June. Effects me because I can’t walk into my back yard from the side of my house because it’s usually mud, my fence was torn down for weeks and my yard is a mess. See
