I had an excellent experience with this plumbing company! Eddie and Izzy came out to fix a leaking pipe under my bathtub that had frozen, and they were absolutely fantastic. They were professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. They worked efficiently and made sure everything was repaired properly — not just a quick fix, but done the right way. It’s hard to find reliable, trustworthy service these days, but Eddie and Izzy truly delivered. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs!

I cannot recommend Wickersheim & Sons enough. The boiler in my family's home died in the middle of the recent cold-snap, leaving five of us (and three pets) without heat. The folks at Wickersheim & Sons were able to quickly fit us in, and spent nearly twelve hours straight removing and replacing the unit. They were prompt, friendly, and effective. They easily could have leveraged our need for warmth to extract a higher cost from us, but their pricing was fair, and they left the space cleaner than they found it (which is remarkable, if you know how much work it is to replace a 35 year old boiler). Will use them again in the future without a moment's hesitation.

A neighbor recommended Wickersheim to me. Two prior plumbers and PSEG had been unable to diagnose why my new boiler was constantly losing water and why my radiators were leaking every day. Wickersheim fit me in on the day that I called and were very pleasant on the phone. Alex and Peter not only figured out what was wrong, they noticed that PSEG had made an error when installing the low water detector. They fixed the problems and tested their work. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend Wickersheim.

I couldn't be happier with the response and service that I received when my old steam boiler completely failed last week. From the initial call, in less than 2 hours, I received a service call and diagnosis of the problem, which I knew after 35 years of service from the old unit, would be a replacement. I received a qoute for a new replacement bolier the following morning. Signed the contract the morning of the next business day, and the new boiler was delivered to the house by noon, with work beginning that afternoon.
