Literally days before tech Harley was scheduled to come out, we decided to sign up for the maintenance program since our HVAC units are approaching 17 yrs old this fall. Glad we did. So Chris and Doug also came out on Friday to go over everything, and Doug showed us many options from which to choose. I’m absolutely relieved that I found them. I’m a single woman with very little technical or technological know-how. They’ve done an excellent job only charging me what is needed at a fair price. They haven’t oversold me on unnecessary products. They are efficient in their work and know their stuff. Every tech has been kind and helpful going above and beyond. We recently had our original shower—over 25 years old—completely replaced, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Todd was the plumber who handled the install, and he was outstanding. He arrived right on time and sent a text ahead of his arrival, which was greatly appreciated. Todd was professional, courteous, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the work, answered questions clearly, and completed the installation with great attention to detail. The finished shower looks fantastic, and everything was done cleanly and efficiently. It’s reassuring to work with a company that values communication, punctuality, and quality craftsmanship. I would absolutely recommend this plumbing company—and especially Todd—for any plumbing work.

I had a bottle of poopari lodged in my toilet. I called at 9 AM in the morning and they had somebody there by noon! I asked for their $30 clog removal deal and was given just that!!! Ferris came out, assessed the situation, and got it unclogged it within 15 minutes. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what he was doing not to mention very kind!! I’ve been living at my house for two years and my toilet has always been wobbly! Little did I know, it’s because it was installed incorrectly! When Ferris put it back, he left it way better than it ever has been! I highly recommend Farris for any of your plumbing needs!! This company is putting my faith back in plumbers😊
