Wiggins Plumbing Repair Services

We contacted Wiggins plumbing on Monday, they came and supposedly replaced the wax gasket between the toilet and inland pipe going to septic tank. Next morning we had the same leak contacted Wiggins instead of them coming to make it right they asked us to tighten the bolts on the toilet; no we will not use this company again nor will we recommend their workmanship to anyone! They charge us $175.00 gave us a refund of $100.00 but charge us $75.00 for a service call.

I had to have my drain unclogged at my restaurant. They then charged me almost $300 for that job. Business was told before they accepted the job it would take a few weeks for payment via invoice because of the process we have to follow. The business owner became a nuisance about calling for his money starting 2 days after the job was complete and even threatened to take us to court, despite it only being less than 2 weeks since they did the job. I even informed him that the payment was in the mail once my superiors informed me of that information and he still is a nuisance calling multiple times a day. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! I will go back to using Accurate Plumbing who is owned and ran by Tim Stroud who was unavailable for the work I had this company do.

So I had a terrible plumbing issue and they already had a long day and I was really just going to get an estimate but they fixed it at a reasonable price as well. I suggest that if you have any type of plumbing issues call them! It’s family owned and operated and they give you the best customer service!!!!! They also do roofing, drywall, and any other of your household needs!!!!! Thank y’all so much!!!!!

Had a broken water line and Mr and Mrs Wiggins came out after 5 pm and worked until well after dark to restore water to my home. Excellent service and response time. 5 stars

Job well done and did not break the bank.
