Wildcat Heating and Cooling

We have used Wildcat for 5 or more years including installation of 2 large AC units. We also schedule system checkups twice a year. In response to their email to schedule one, I called but was told it was too early and they'd call back. No call. Since then, I've called 3 times, left message with answering service only at different times during the day but no response. This was a previously reliable company but that is no longer the case since another commenter had the same experience. Be forewarned and don't waste your time!!

I'm giving one star because it's not possible to leave a review without checking at least one. This business turned into a scam of sorts. Owner, Devin S. Johnson, left us and other customers without fulfilling his contract. He owes us $600 in services or refund. No answer to phone, email, or snail mail. I'm filing complaint with ROC (license ROC 257964) and also BBB. Probably won't make a difference but at least it'll alert individuals to never do business with this individual!

Go by the shop. There are no vans outside. The WILDCAT sign on the building isn't there. Building is listed for sale. Dude took off with my service contract money and didn't deliver. Phone is disconnected. They don't respond to email.

Previous owner paid $4500 for new mini split 1 month before we bought the house. Worked for 9 months with limited use (very limited filters are perfectly clean). Early July it ran out of coolant because brass fittings were loose/small leaks by outside compressor. I the owner had to pay for the new coolant at $350. Feel like if the company policy is to charge for something less than 1 year old with virtually no use or problems caused by the owner find a better company. This should have been free… maybe if it was I would have used them to work on my other main AC units. Devin Johnson however seems like a legit guy but the company needs a policy change. Ever heard of an ac company admitting that the valves were loose post install causing a coolant leak then charging again for coolant 9 month

Wildcat does not seem to be in business anymore. Multiple calls to schedule a fall system check-up were not returned in October, now calls to their phone number are disconnected immediately, and their office building at Swan and Pima is for rent. 😕
