We have never had such an expensive disappointment in plumbing services as we did this past week with Wilkerson. We have old pipes that need to be cleaned out once and a while. That being said, they came out and cleaned out one external pipe and assured us that was the fix to the problem. They charged almost double what our normal plumbing company does, but they came out at the end of the day (430pm) and they seemed to gave fixed things...without going into the house to check/ snake any of the pipes that had been backing up ..it's been a couple of days, and apparently nothing has been fixed as every single bathroom is having the same plumbing issues. Wow wow wow. Needed a sink faucet replaced, worked with whom I guess is the owner / manager. Sent a few pictures via text, he got his crew to pickup a replacement, bring it over, and replace it all within about 2 hours of my first phone call. FANTASTIC. Appreciate you guys.
