We are thrilled with our shower re-installation. Background: we had our bathroom remodeled a year ago and noticed some hairline cracks near the bottom of the shower walls about 6 months after we started using it. We called the original contractor, who claimed it was due to settling, which according to our contract would mean he is not responsible for any repair. Further investigation suggested the cracks were due to lack of waterproofing, which he vehemently denied. Long story short, after a complaint to the licensing board and an attorney's involvement, he agreed to pay us to have Wilkerson tile re-do the repairs that his team had done incorrectly (wrong color grout, more of a long story). After meeting the folks from Wilkerson Tile at the Chattanooga Home Show, we knew we would be calling them for an estimate. Their estimate turned out to be very fair and we knew immediately the project would be handled by experienced and knowledgable workmen. They have an amazing selection of beautiful tile to choose from. A huge difference in their selection compared to the large home improvement stores. We recently hired Wilkerson Tile to complete our bathroom/laundry room project.
