This company was an excellent. Within 2 days I had two new screens (one oversized) for 2 of my apartment windows. They are fast, courteous and efficient. Screens fit perfectly and a good price. 🙏🏻

Their service was top notch. I reached out for a quote to have balances replaced on a window and a new screen installed. Michael reached out within a couple of hours and requested a picture of the window, then gave me a quote. I decided a couple of days later to go with them, after Michael followed up. The repair man came the next day to inspect the window. He showed up on time, took some measurements and then said he could fix the balances right away but had to order the screen. He was done in less than 30 minutes. The next day, Michael reached out again and said they had the screen and would be able to send someone in under an hour, if I was available. Brownstone window in old wooden door frame had broken - laminated plate glass. WILL Window gave an estimate on tempered glass with a bevel to match the rest of the glass pieces around the door: first through pictures, then they visited, on time, to measure and confirm the quote. During install, the old 1/4" wood frame was breaking into pieces - we didn't think of this and how to replace this old wood. But the installer chalked the glass in, pieced the puzzle back together and renailed the frame in to secure it. Looked like nothing happened. Took about an hour! Fast, courteous, and the bid was very reasonable. Definitely will contact again. Thank you!
