We recently had our roof re-done by Willard Roofing. The roof was probably close to 30 years old and had some very poor repairs done by another roofer Willard had to fix. In addition to the main shingle roof they did 3 cooper window pans, shingle roofing on a screen porch and shed and a flat, rubber roof over the kitchen. It was a big job! Willard was fantastic from start to finish. Parker Willard, the owner, was very available to discuss options and answer questions questions. James, the project manager, also worked closely and was very patient with all the concerns I had that everything was done correctly on this complex job. We had an issue where water was rotting our shingles. I called Willard Roofing for a consult to see if the shingles could be replaced, but more importantly if the gutter system in this section of the home could be remedied to slow the decay over time. They formulated a solution and implemented. The team was extremely professional and left the area they worked in nicer than they found it.

I had a great experience with Willard Roofing doing my roof installation. The sales person, office staff, and installation crew all worked hard to make sure my whole experience with them worked out great. I ended up with a very professionally installed roof in a timely manner and can say the Landmark shingles and rubber roof look great. Spending a decent amount of money on a roof is sometimes hard when you don't have a lot to go on for contractor backgrounds, so I'm letting you know my experience with Parker and his team was exceptional. Willard Roofing has helped me not once but twice. The first time was for our house roof- they were fair, considerate and honest. After checking our roof they determined only some of our bump outs and a porch needed updating. A year or so later our garage roof was leaking and again they came and updated the areas that needed repairing. I trust them and am so grateful I found them. Highly recommend!!!

Our experience has been nothing short of fantastic dealing with both Parker Sr. and now Parker Jr. They demonstrate a good old fashioned work ethic, extreme responsiveness and are excellent communicators. After working with them on multiple occasions, it is clear they are committed to quality workmanship and will stand behind their name.
