I went there last week, to buy a replacement; I was greeted by a guy with the long beard and glasses. There was an older gentleman who had an ugly attitude for no reason. I’m glad he met his match so I treated him the same way. Unbelievable it was my first and last time there.

Great selection of materials, but can’t get their shit right when it comes to inventory or tracking orders. Very frustrating.

I made a purchase for the first time and they had what I needed I was very happy as a first impression. As soon as I left the shop before I got home not even 30 minutes from purchase, I called to tell the rep that sold me the product that I did Not need the pipe but keep the other two parts, immediately he told me that there’s a 20% restocking fee. As a first time customer not knowing the policy they would not honor to not charge me. Bad first experience I would have no issue at all on my future purchases. The rep said he had to ship back the product but common sense tells you that you restocking a part that you have hundreds off is not a special order product, that is bad policy and highway robbery. I I special ordered then I agree 100% to charge a restocking fee.

This is a good store. I just read someone's review where they bashed these guys for being busy. I find it hard to believe that he sat there for 40 mins without anyone acknowledging his existence but if it did happen it would have had to be a unique situation, because I've been going here off and on for over 20 years and I have nothing but good things to say about them. I get great prices and great service. This guy had to call and complain about his service? If you ask me that says more about him than it does them.
