William Cannon Heating & Air

My mother (80yr) got a quote for her 2.5 ton ac and heating system. I know inflation is high but they have taken it to the moon. I personally found the exact system for over $4000 cheaper than they quoted and that was retail price.I know there is labor expensive and they have overhead but to charge more than $4000 to install a simple closet unit with attic space above is excessive in my opinion. They might do great work but you will not get a good deal. Just an opinion.

Fantastic experience. Its crazy hot, and this company put us comfortable in the fastest and best way I could imagine. Highly recomend.

Great service on small AC. But my Large AC is still loud and buzzing like a friegh train when coming on and vibrating the whole dinning room wall on a brand new built home. Apparently my warranty can't fix it because of the way it was installed. A consumer affairs issue. Blessings!

Absolutely LOVE this company. A fair and reliable AC/Heating company is as important (and hard to find) as a fair and reliable car repair shop. William Cannon is as good as they come! Used them for years and always EXTREMELY satisfied!

My gas furnace was not functioning and I called AHS who sent another company whom I shall not name who stated that I needed a new zone board which would cost $500 + labor. I spoke to Carla ( owner) and she was very understanding of my situation and they sent somebody to my house immediately and I was told that the cost would be much less than that if that was the issue. . The technician did a thorough evaluation of my house and he found that I had a faulty thermostat. The problem was fixed immediately for a very small fee. I was very happy with the cost, promptness, and professionalism of this company. They are based out of Collierville but they came to Mud Island within 2 hours. I cannot say enough about this company and I would highly recommend them to everyone.
