William Falkenstein Improvements To The Home LLC

Bill and his crew have redone several homes for me over the last few years. He is a wealth of knowledge and very exacting to every detail. He has been able to get many things done with these homes that I did not think possible. I would recommend him for any type of job, big or small.

William "Bill" Falkenstein and his fellow associates were a responsible team. Outside of weather, never missed a day to continue the work until they finished. They were considerate to us by asking for our opinion after every step of the project. Finally, they exhibited organization keeping their equipment and our property tidy and clean.

Bill and his team did an amazing job building an accessible bathroom in our existing home. He is honest, hardworking, detail oriented and very caring. It was nice to work with a responsive contractor that truly had our best interests in mind. Not only was his service and work exceptional, but his prices were more than reasonable. I would definitely recommend him for any projects you may have!

I really don't know what happened here. Could have been miscommunication that could have been cleared up if I wasn't "hung up on"! 1. On Wed responded to inquiry timely. We made an appt for Sun and he was on time. 2. Toured entire basement and described in detail what I needed to be done. Walls, Ceiling, Flooring, Fresh new 3pc bathroom and a dedicated laundry room. 3. He took measurements and photos. 4. He will get back to me with pricing. 5. Rec'd a call back Mon with a quote. When I began to ask questions to ensure we were both on the same page, he stopped me. He stated, "you know what, I just can't do this job then". Then he HUNG UP ON ME! My mouth dropped. What happened? #clueless

I absolutely love my kitchen that Bill and his crew did they where very professional and got the job done in a timely manner I definitely would recommend Bill and his crew Thank you for my wonderful kitchen see you soon for my new bathroom
