Extremely happy with this company. They came out and installed this furnace when they said they would at the price that we agreed to. Beautiful work. I am a plumber so I know good work from bad. The young men who installed this project were very nice and friendly. They explained everything about the furnace. They worked hard and got the installation done in about half a day. Again, I am extremely happy.
The furnace installation was quick and done well, however the owner lost the paperwork and then forgot to send in the rebate information until after the date, so my mother missed out on 2 rebates worth a few hundred dollars.
They were able to replace my mom’s furnace the next day, very understanding of my mother’s pestering 😊
