From the initial consultation with the designer, to the high quality digital images of our dream kitchen and laundry room to the detailed bid spec's every thing was as professional as you can imagine. They started the week they promised, and were there every day until the job was finished... right on schedule. The attention to detail was off-the-charts. They even warrantied out 3 doors that they felt didn't close quite right.... to make the final results perfect. This was no "rip and replace". We lowered a countertop, changed heights of cabinets, eliminated a "dead corner", and bumped out into the garage for a coffee/wine bar that we are absolutely crazy about. William Jackson remodeled two bathrooms for us about 10 years apart. They did an outstanding job the first time around, that's why we returned for the second job. Same experience.
