William Street Uniland Parking Garage

This parking garage is only for monthly pass holders. It has an upper deck and a lower, subsurface level. The lower level does suffer from the concrete ceiling deteriorating and a lack of regular cleaning, but is, well, a parking area. While there have been several homeless people who sleep in the protected subsurface area, the only thefts from vehicles that I know of have been from when people leave their vehicles unlocked, so it overall seems safe.
