Williams Custom Floors

Set an appointment about 1.5 weeks ago to provide an estimate on the flooring. Provided the estimate, said he'll put us on schedule in 2 weeks and it will take 2 weeks to get the hardwood flooring done. I called today, to follow up to see if we are set next week and left a voicemail mail. Mind you, the voicemail confirmed we were calling William's Custom Flooring. Immediately after I left a voicemail, the person on the other line called and told me immediately to, "Quit calling me. Quit calling this number." I got the hint, they didn't want business. Just wished they told us that before we scheduled an appointment for an estimate and we could have moved on to another flooring company.
