Phillip worked with us to find that perfect replacement for the tired carpeting and Eric and his team did a great job installing it. Within 1-2 years after installation, a small 3 sq ft area in in one of our rooms became separated from the slab (likely due to a low area in the concrete). Reached back out to Phillip. He was quick to reach back out to Eric (the installer) to get the issue resolved. Eric has been out to begin the repair and is currently working on a resolution.

John, Mike and Chris came and did an excellent! On time, professional, really cool team! Caught a couple scratches in the flooring before they finished and without any hesitation they removed the bad flooring and completed the project successfully and completely to my satisfaction! I am giving 5 stars to the Manager Eric. He is golden! We had what we considered to be a project of three large bedrooms, and an office being converted from carpet to wood flooring. Eric keeps his word and is outstanding! Also a shout-out to Eric the installer who did a fantastic job!

Eric and the team at Williams has been our go-to flooring resource for four years now. Eric has been a huge help in selecting tile, grout and carpet and went out of his way to try to find a match for some wood flooring that had been discontinued. The tile removal and installation team is efficient and highly skilled, the finished product has always been beautiful and the responsive to questions and touch up work. Williams provides a very high quality product with excellent customer service and I recommend them to everyone who asks for a flooring recommendation.
