We worked with William’s Handcrafted on a cabinet and shelving project in our home office and could not be more pleased with how it turned out. William was professional, proactive and had the knowledge and experience to provide solutions to things we wanted from the space but couldn’t always articulate. William and team did a great job in designing and executing an entertainment center for our homes family room. Wife and kids love the space now. We live in an old home so a lot of details needed to be worked out between fireplace, radiator, window, slanted everything (floor, ceiling, walls). William was easy to work with. Very well-organized and timely. Listens to what our goals were and worked with us to find the best approach.

I had a great experience working with William and his crew. I did a partial bathroom remodel that involved custom cabinets, re-working plumbing, tiling, and trim work. William designed, built and installed the cabinets and acted as contractor for the other work. I can't say enough about how good my experience was! He helped me and my decorator design the cabinets for my slightly tricky bathroom space and offered multiple design and wood options. The work was completed on time and the price was fair. The communication was fantastic, always a call when workers were coming, notification of delays (which maybe happened twice). The sub contractors he hired were uniformly excellent, always on time, and skilled. I can't recommend William and William's Handcrafted highly enough!

We searched all over Richmond to find someone who made fine cabinetry like William’s handcrafted. Our cabinets are absolutely beautiful!! If you want the best call them. Can’t wait to do more work with them. I can’t say enough on their fine work and the way they conduct business.
