Moved into our house November 1st. 3 days later appliances started not working. Looked at Williams' website, saw the appliances that I wanted. Went to their store, appliances were in stock, within an hour the order was done. The salesman looked up the install schedule and fit me in. Mr. Reyes came out, did the install,made sure everything was properly working. He was very efficient and finished in a timely manner. Everyone was very professional. A very pleasant experience.

Fine Workmanship, They saved our Thanksgiving Dinner. It was The Eve of Thanksgiving and nobody had a electric harness for our stove, that had broken. These fine Gentleman were able to fabricate a wire harness out of spare parts. If I ever have any electrical problems with my Heating and Electrical systems. I will always come to their fine establishment. They saved our Thanksgiving. God bless you and may God be with your business.

I called for a second opinion quote on an A/C repair. They did not tell me up front that there would be a service charge fee, but instead sent me a bill 2 weeks later for $150. Their quote also seemed less than thorough as they did not find a leak that another company had found. We weren't going to go with them anyway, but now I'd lean toward never attempting to use them again. I'm sure they are capable of doing good work, but they did not in my case.

Honest, reliable and prompt. We have used Williams AC for years for our service check ups. We highly recommend them.

Williams Appliance is a great local company that I've turned to on several occasions for my appliance repair and purchase needs. After my last Home Depot delivery debacle I swore to never use them again. Williams has been serving our community for 40 years. I like supporting local businesses but especially when they continue to exceed my expectations.
