I called this plumber for a few things I needed done at my home. A plumber showed up and we discussed what needed to be done. He agreed a lift would be needed and so all he did this day was glue one, yes one, fitting. I received a bill for 2.5 hours and $40 for gas. I spoke with the owner and he stated they charge travel time both directions. That's fine, but that includes your fuel cost. I'm not paying for that too! This outfit apparently goes around billing like this, ripping people off on a regular basis. Not me! People need to be aware of what's right. This is downright unethical! Then he threatens me with collections. What a joke! It's hard to believe this guy's still in business!

Very friendly, efficient, and clean. Helped me moved my fridge and even vacuumed out under the cupboards. Best customer service I've seen in a long time ❤️😁💯

Needed my Kitchen sink unplugged, Joe showed up very professional and pleasant individual, got right to work and had our drain cleared, fixtures reinstalled and cleaned up the work area. Very professional, will call them call again if needed in future. Highly recommended for plumbing needs.

I was quoted between $200 and $250 for a plumbing job by the owner of the company. This was by text and so I have proof of this quote. They went out and did the job and it was $525.50. When I asked the owner about it, he said he would check for me and get back to me. He did get back to me with this answer, "After looking at the work order the guys turned in. I can see the reason that the bill is more than estimated over the phone. Further information would have been helpful. I'm going to leave billing as is. Thanks Lowell." My response was, "If they knew the job was going to cost twice as much they should have checked with me before doing the job." No more communication from the owner. I have no idea what "further information" he is talking about. I will not do business with him again. A

Needed a sink installed, a water filter installed and a frost-free hydrant hooked up. I gave them a call and had me taken care of ASAP. Great work done for us. Cleaned up their own work area and it was like they were never there. Thank you.
