For the past 10+ years, William's has never cleaned my filter (or mentioned it) when they pumped. They have the as-built, so should have known. On top of it, during the last pump-out they said the tank's water level was very high, so the drain fields were likely in need of replacement, then tried to sell me new fields. It was the clogged filter which took 10 minutes to fix. Whether they overlooked the filter or not, I've lost confidence.

We have used Williams Septic since we purchased our home 29yrs ago. The owners are reliable, friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. They provide exceptional service. I would highly recommend them for septic pumpouts and inspections.

I had called a few other places and chose here because they did not suggest additional unnecessary work... when I don't know what's reasonable or not- It's a matter of trust, when another company tells me over the phone to pay more to get extra stuff done (main lines snaked, with no indication of blockage) or get my septic pumped more frequently (against all previous recommendations)... I do not appreciate having to spend extra time having to google this.... I prefer working with people who give me straight answers without trying to gouge me.

I have used them for MANY years! I have them clean out my septic tank every 2 years. They are always prompt, do an excellent job and leave my yard as if they were never there!
