Owner is super friendly and she is the best alteration lady in town. Very skillful and knows her stuff. Good and fair pricing at this cleaners.
We live in Northbrook and have been going here for our dry cleaning and alterations for years. We have always had a good experience. The woman who works there is very smart and does a great job.
The cleaning is done well and in a timely manner. Unfortunately, you might not get all your items back. They lost my son’s suit pants and when I went in to inquire about it, the woman was very dismissive and antagonizing. If the customer service and reliability was better, this would be an ok place.
The owner is such a sweet lady, she always does great alterations/tailoring. Highly recommend this cleaners
