I recently had my roof replaced by Willy's Roofing, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Angel, who assisted me throughout the process, was absolutely outstanding. His professionalism, efficiency, and extensive knowledge made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Angel took the time to explain every step in detail, ensuring I understood everything and felt comfortable with the process. His dedication to quality and customer satisfaction was evident in every interaction. The quality of the work is top-notch, and they completed the project on time and within budget. Called them for an estimate on a ridge cap repair. Asked them to bring a tarp because I needed a section tarped. Came out and looked. Claimed to have forgotten nails for the tarp. Told me he would be out the next day to tarp it. Never showed. Waited over the weekend to call again. I was told by end of day or next day. Again no one showed up. I called one last time. I was told by end of the day.. I was also sent an invoice. If you guessed that no one showed up yet again.. you’d be correct. At that point I called elsewhere. Funnest part was a few days later I got a text asking when I was going to pay for the tarping… that never happened. Horrible.

We had to wait one extra day for our services because of a transportation issue. Totally fine. We were sent a quote and confirmed 👍 two gentleman came the morning of service and were in & out in less then two hours. We had our gutters cleaned and replace another. We felt the services were slightly expensive but were pleased with the work.

When the stucco on our home cracked and needed replacement, we searched for the best quotes to remove it and install new siding. After comparing offers from several contractors, Willy's Roofing, LLC stood out as the clear choice. The team was polite and easy to work with, especially Angel, who went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. He was incredibly helpful, thoroughly explaining the entire process and establishing a strong sense of trust. Angel was professional every step of the way, providing a detailed contract and honoring the agreed-upon price with no hidden fees. He was also upfront about potential issues that could incur additional costs, such as mold or damaged plywood beneath the stucco. Throughout the project, Angel was readily available to address any concerns

Had work done on my home and shop by Willy's Roofing LLC and all the gutters look amazing. The crew arrived ready to work and on time. There was no mess left behind from the crew. I would totally recommend them and knowing that he offers other services I will be keeping their business card on the fridge.
