Willy's Wood Restoration

We've had Bill and his brother do three pieces for us: an antique dining room chair with a cracked back, a stool with leg issues, and a kitchen table we needed refinished to convert to a computer table. All the work was done timely, very well, and for a reasonable price. Also, Bill and his brother were very pleasant to work with. We are entirely happy with their work and will not hesitate to use them again if the need arises.

Extremely disappointed with Willy's Wood Restoration. We hired them to refinish a kitchen table and they quoted us at 3 weeks for time. We gave them a leg to one of the chairs so the color could be matched. I received a text the night before it was due explaining that they ran into an issue with the type of wood they were refinishing. Long story short, after many postponements we received our table and the color still did not match the chairs. They had to take the table back and we finally received it after 6 weeks. The table came with gouges in it, scrapes in the top, and no explanation of how they got there. I was told they would come out to fix the issues and 4 weeks later, after my initiation, they finally did. We still don't notice any difference. I personally will never use

I emailed this company to refinish my woodwork & built-in cabinet. We had agreed to have an at home estimate completed and long story short they never showed up. Very poor customer service & professionalism on their part. I would not recommend hiring someone who ditches their potential customers.

Hired to refinish & paint front door. Took days to refinish, had to come back weeks later to complete and paint job was incomplete, never came back and still has my can of one-of-a-kind custom color paint. Door paint job is not good. Was expecting much better. He was paid in full so obviously didn't care.

Bill restored a 100 year-old rosewood bureau by reattaching a severely-warped, inlaid top. His team showed impressive creativity by sawing slits on its underside and then devising a clever new bracing system. It came out just great! Great job, great price and on time!!
