This is the biggest bait and switch POS parking structure. There is a take a ticket booth allowing you enter the parking lot and be a victim of their scam. Upon taking a ticket and entering the structure, you'll find EVERY SINGLE spot from top to bottom of the structure to be reserved. Circling back down and trying to leave will result in a 2 dollar fee... To look at the scenery of a run down interior of a fully reserved parking structure... The person on duty refuses to care that we were in the parking structure for all of a few minutes and says we have to pay the 2 dollars if we want to leave. I almost feel like I walked into a hostage situation. This is highway robbery, and garbage business practice. Parking Concepts Inc (PCI) do better and stop scamming people.
