Will absolutely never use anyone else! I called Wilson to compare pricing on a new furnace— a different local company had performed fall maintenance on my unit and convinced me that our furnace was in dangerous need of replacing. It would’ve been really easy for Jeffrey to just quote a new furnace like I asked, even though I didn’t actually need one. Instead, he did some investigating and showed me that our furnace is operating just fine, saving us thousands of dollars in the process. Great company! Very professional, and honest. Called them 5 min to closing and they answered the call. Even offered to get someone out that afternoon or as soon as I needed them. Found the problem within minutes and got it fixed quickly. I am happy to be a new customer.
