2 stars only because it was free, but we had a tech come out and we wanted him to address some issues after a home inspection because we are selling. Told him we needed documentation (he never gave). He did try to sell us an extra part that was not necessary which I get you gotta make something but he also mocked my wife while he was in the Attic thinking that she could not hear him….she did. Maybe have a great experience if this guy doesn’t show up….

This Spring once the HVAC tech completed checking everything, he found that the AC portion of the system was failing & could not be repaired, it was 24 yrs old & used the old freon which is no longer available. I met with Wilson's HVAC specialist (Jay), he reviewed all my options & pricing, I was provided a fair price & decided to proceed with replacing everything. Once the new HVAC system was delivered onsite, it only took a couple days to change everything out & get it up & running. This new HVAC system (American Standard) is great, with the new technology I am burning a lot less kilowatt hours this year than I burned last year, it's amazing just how efficient & well the new system runs! I have been a Wilson HVAC customer for many many years, they have always been fair, great technician

Im very, very pleased with Wilson A/C service. Technican #172 was very professional. He explained to me what was going on with my dampers. The price was in my budget. I will use Wilson A/C again & I will definitely recommend. .

Have used Wilson Air Conditioning Service since we bought this house in 1994. Recently had our furnace repaired in November and the AC system repaired by Tech #200 this week. All the work they have done over the years has been excellent, prompt and at a good price. Looks like a new AC unit is in our future but the good maintenance from the folks at Wilson Air Conditioning is the reason it lasted so long.

Called to schedule an emergency appointment. Great. Technician then calls to inform me that he can’t service me because I don’t have a maintenance agreement and he could come the following day. If I am calling and willing to pay the emergency fee it’s because I need service now. I call back with whom I made the appointment with asking if this is true because I am trying to figure out why would they schedule a new customer with a technician who can’t help. I’m met with a smug voice on the other line “well if that’s what he said then that’s what it is” makes zero sense to schedule a new customer needing emergency assistance to a technician who can’t help.
