Called for service, was told we would be serviced that same day, could never get an estimated time frame, they never showed up, called the next day told we would be serviced in the morning, they never showed up and still can't get a time frame. Todd was very rude and didn't even seem to want to service the unit his company installed. Do not use them for anything.

Although it's been quite awhile I never took the opportunity to review. This company is incredibly unprofessional. Caused severe damage to a new construction home. They cut through engineered floor joists. Their solution was to jerry rig their mistake with a couple small pieces of wood. We ultimately had to sue them and WON. In the meantime they made several threatening and obscenity filled calls to us. To make things worse, my grandmother who didn't know better had them out. They quoted her for a large service and didn't replace one of the parts they were supposed but charged her anyway.

Had our AC unit go out last night. After placing a call this morning, ‘Wilson and Son’ came out in a timely manner (considering the excessive heat & I’m sure others with similar issues). Todd was able to fix the problem in minutes, but took his time to clean our unit and check the Freon to make sure there were no other issues. In total, about 45 min from arrival to leaving.

I have had great service each time they have come to my house. They will be installing a new a/c unit in the Spring.

Extremely unprofessional. The owner Todd has very bad communication skills, and was acting like a toddler. I wish there was a 0 star review option, because after my experience with him he doesn’t even deserve the 1 star.
