We contacted them to get a quote for a full installation (ductwork and heat pump package) at a rental property in Columbia. I had to contact them for the quote after the visits and the deposit payment when I ready to book. I waited for a call, per Dane for 4 days. I called and was told that he didn't give the office my quote which was for $12,875.00. I was placed on hold for them to contact him for approval. I requested a payment link in lieu of giving my card number over the phone and the woman got upset. I ended my call with her and contacted Dane. I received a payment link with a quote with no business information or SC license information. Upon following up, I asked them to add it and to verify that they are pulling the required permit for the installation but the ladies in the office

They paid close attention to every detail of the job, and they were meticulous about walking me through the new unit, showing me all the features and making sure I understood how everything worked. Their knowledge was impressive, and they were patient with all my questions.To top it all off, the team was very tidy—they cleaned up after themselves completely, leaving the workspace immaculate. I highly recommend Wilson's to anyone needing HVAC services. They truly go above and beyond!

I just realized to myself that my gas furnace is 20 years old. Wilson’s has kept it going for me for 10 years without any problems and before me my mother. I live in her house now. I recommend this company. They also put in a new air conditioner for me 3 years ago. I rely on them for my ac/heater needs. One incident last winter upset me but they fixed it. One problem in 10 years I think I can forgive them. I would highly recommend them they are good people.

Tyler came out and diagnosed the problem with my commercial refrigerator within an hour of me reaching out to them. He was very professional and courteous. He will be ordering parts and coming back out to fix. I highly recommend. Also there front office lady who answered my call was very professional and courteous as well. I will continue to do business with this company.

These people are a rip off. Technician claimed that we had an electrical problem and need heating strips. 1st the man didnt even had a tester to even test the voltage and when we had an electrician come out, he said there was nothing wrong with the electricity, wiring or heating strips. We just needed a new thermostat.
