Wiltfong Moving & Storage

I was moved from storage to storage long distance. Many of my items were damaged, or fully destroyed in some cases, in that move. I was paid out for the surface, seeable damages. Now, some time later as I take things out of that storage unit, I realized almost all my large pieces have been chipped, scratched, bent, gouged and simply handled poorly and with little regard. I can't go another day without suggesting that if you have no option except to select this company that you document every detail of the starting condition going in to protect yourself. Adding on - I am verifiable through order # 0161-X005X-2 and did speak with customer service and they reiterate no options for newly discovered damage that wasn't able to be seen during first window to submit claim.

We have moved 10 times and across 4 states. When I say this was THE BEST move we have ever had I don’t say that lightly. From the meeting with Ryan for the estimate to the fantastic driver Tim and the loading crew in Mishawaka, I could not be more happy with their incredible service. I will add a special thank you to Tim the driver and moving logistics/packing. He took extra care of our furniture and when we arrived at our new home he pulled the dog beds off first for my fur babies without us even asking. If you are moving in or out of the Michiana area, there is no other moving company you should use. Hands down amazing.

Wiltfong Moving & Storage moved us from Osceola IN to St John IN early April 2024. We couldn’t be happier with the service that they provided! They gave us an estimate that was very close to the actual cost. The moving team was amazing! Not only were they very courteous, but they took extremely great care of our belongings and took efforts to protect wood floors and carpets. This is a great business to work with!

We recently used Wiltfong for packing services and an interstate move. Ryan was incredibly responsive and professional, answering any questions I had during the process. Their pricing beat two other estimates we got by at least $1k, but the quality of service didn’t suffer for it. The packing crew was professional and careful with our belongings. The truck arrived on time as promised and The moving crews on both ends were efficient and polite. I hope we never have to move again, but if we do we’d use Wiltfong again without question. Highly recommend.

Hands down BEST and MOST professional movers available. We have hired them twice and couldn't be happier with the experience. The guys were extremely efficient, courteous, and helpful. I wish I would have hired them for other moves we have had. A great company! Keep up the awesome work!
