Wilton Krause Septic Tanks

Poor, poor service. Charged us $11k, promised to come back and move the dirt they dug up, which was almost a year ago. Called Sherrie 3/4 times regarding that and she promised once they were in the area they would come and do it. Have not done it at all. Right now I’m spending another $8000 to fix up their mess. Nothing has drained right since they did all the plumbing work. My plumbers that are correcting it said that it looked like a 10 year old boy did the plumbing work. Before I brought the plumbers out, I called Sherri, no answer so I Text her and told her that it was not draining and she said, “ if the siren is not going off at the septic system the Plumbing problem is in the house.” She text, “ I’m in a meeting and I’ll call you back at 3 PM.” That’s been two weeks ago! Very nice and friendly people. They took the time to refer us to another man in Canyon Lake area that could better assist us due to proximity. Also, they had a super cute dog that was friendly, too.

Came out within 20 minutes of calling them. Cleared my clog and serviced my tank. Friendly people too!
