Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! Amazing gift shop. So recently I had them do some landscaping, I know zero about bushes, trees, or plants. So Virgil came to look at the area I wanted done, and him and Mary did all the rest! Designed, picked out the bushes, trees and plants and installed them! Amazing, better than I even dreamed of!!! To top all of that off Virgil came by and kept it watered until we could get back to put in a watering system!!! What a incredible business! Go there for all your yard needs. Contacted Virgil to choose, acquire, deliver and plant privacy trees on both sides of my property line. After visiting our home, he recommended White Pines telling me that they require 3" of water once per week and Miras feed once per year or every 2 years (he would do the first feeding) and they would fill out the area nicely. He delivered and planted 14 trees in April which had some minor brown spots. I assumed that was normal, but the spots continued to spread. After 6 weeks, we had two that look to be completely dead, and after 3 months there are 4 with other signs of stress in the other trees. After weeks and many unreturned phone calls, Virgil and Tom now say that they don't guarantee the trees because they are "so hard to care for", but can't tell me anything beyond the 3" of wate
