Chuck was exceptional to work with! He was very thoughtful in making sure we received exactly what we needed. Every window was custom made for each opening and fit beautifully. He also kindly stored my windows for a few weeks prior to beginning the install. I highly recommend both the product and the customer service!

Had a great experience working with Rick and Chuck. We had worked with getting estimates from several window companies, and had many quotes. They were the most genuine to work with. Rick walked us through the process as we were looking to replace every window in our home. The team with Window Depot of Knoxville delivered. We have no regrets! We had changed out one 6ft x 9ft triple hung, into a picture window with two smaller slides on each side. So happy that Rick suggested this option, we now have some unobstructed views of the mountains. Their install team worked efficiently and caring to make sure the install was cleaned and looking great when they were ready to leave the job.

I have been a builder for 30 plus years and have seen many windows and I can say that the windows and the installation were absolute top-notch! The installers were incredibly friendly, professional and the cleanest crew I have ever encountered in construction!

We enjoyed working with Rick and his crew. There was very clear communication throughout, everyone was professional and friendly, and the installation only took one day. They even corrected some previously unfinished work we had had to postpone during the shutdown. We would definitely recommend this company!

They were very professional, on time and listened to us and explained the whole process. Chuck was on sight to oversee and made sure everything we were expecting turned out perfect.
