I love my new windows and kitchen door! My old windows were just that "old", the originals. Matt is very patient, thorough and knowledgeable. The installers were fast but took their time, like Santa, they spoke not a word but went straight to work (lol), no they were pleasant. They cleaned up everything including running the sweeper. They replaced nine windows and let us not forget replacing the door! I have nothing but good things to say! The customer service is outstanding. Family and friends will get a glowing recommendation from me. Window Depot thank you, thank you, thank you!

We just had new siding and gutters installed on our house and garage. I went with Window Depot for the job after researching many companies and they lived up to their reputation. From start to finish the experience was top notch. Matt explained everything they do and walked me around the house explaining the whole process. Glen and his team did an amazing job today!! They kept me entertained while I took a vacation day for the installation and ended up working most of the day... I really love the new windows and would recommend to anyone needing new windows. They also do financing so u can get your entire house done at once at make a monthly payment. Mine is 0% for 18months.

The only part of these windows that we are happy with is the pitch of the salesman. He seemed thorough, honest and helpful. Since installation though, we've been very displeased. These windows are drafting than our old ones. The flashing to cover the poor insulation/installation job is junk. It's pulling away from the windows and stuck on there with the cheapest double sided tape. There is condensation near these parts that drip on our sills and also freeze in the cold of the winterm We are working around the windows to remove that border/flashing junk and reinsulate all the gaps that were missed. Called Window Depot for the install of 7 windows in our sunroom. We had received quotes from 2 other companies but the initial consult with Matt was far beyond my expectations and showed how much he cared about putting the right windows in. We went over a few different designs and landed on one we thought would best compliment the room. After signing the paperwork, an estimated date was provided for install and we received a call that exact week to install the windows. The team that came out to put the windows in were also great guys and up front about what they were going to do and what they needed to complete the job. It was raining so they needed to return for a 2nd day to finish up the job which was appreciated rather than just getting the job done regardless of quality. I would high
