Window Doctor

I would NOT recommend trying to deal with this company! So incredibly unprofessional, unreliable and downright rude. I called to have an estimate done. He was nice on the phone and came out the next day to do the, "Estimate". He took measurements, etc. and said he would get back to me the next day or two with an estimate. I never heard anything from him. I called and left a voicemail, nothing. I called again the next day and he answered and said he was busy and couldn't talk but that he ordered the glass and would be doing the repair ASAP. I told him that I never got an estimate of when it could be done or what it would cost and did not know he had ordered the glass. I explained that this was very important since it was my neighbor's window that I needed to fix. He was short and rude but

Excellent Service. I called out Window Doctor to replace the glass in a broken sliding glass door for my customer. They came the very same day. They repaired the door at an affordable cost. It looks great, moves freely and smooth. They cleaned up after they were done and left an overall fantastic impression. I will call them again if I ever need this type of service in the future. The entire process was seem less. I would recommend this company to anyone.

We all sometimes go through tough times, and we all deserve forgiveness, and second chance. I left a very dissatisfied post regarding the Duane The Window Doctor only to find out later that he has been going though some issues which he personally discussed with me. After our conversation Duane The Window Doctor has met his business commitments with me, and for my company in a professional manner, and I am doing business with him again!

He was suppose to put doors in for me but he does not come or show up when he says he will. I dismissed him from doing a job, left a voice mail and text that his services was no longer needed. He showed up at the property when we were not there and took our locks off to get in and left our property unsecured all night cause he didn’t get the doors in. He had ordered windows for us previous to this to put in the property, when this happen with the doors we decided not to use him any longer. Long story short a month later we had to pick up a reorder on our window we took back cause it was damaged...Home Depot called him when it came in instead of me cause original order was under his name but said they would call me when reorder came in. He picked up my window at hd knowing it wasn’t his win

Set appointment never showed or called, I called him they set an appointment the next day between 9 and 10 at 11:30 I called them they showed up at 2:30 pm. They put a window in and installed 2 screen doors. Over $350.00 to install 2 screen doors, the doors were put in the wrong direction and 2 days later the back door jammed and would not open. I called them they never returned my call. Not very professional or skilled in the field. I will never use him again a total waist of $650.00 for 1 window and installing 2 screen doors.
