Update - I reached out several times to get resolution but no one responded. After I posted this review the owner finally reached out. They sent someone out to inspect and they said they didn't scratch the windows. I disagree. The concern was that the owner offered me a full refund if I would change my review. I will not. I would be a little leery of all positive reviews because of this request by the owner. Original - After they cleaned my windows, there were 2 that were covered with scratches. I reached out to the local contact and he suggested that the scratches were made by a razor, which I pointed out would be impossible since the windows that were scratched are on the 2nd floor. After receiving a recommendation from my employer, a current client of the company, I called Window Gang to get a quote and ask about their various services. I never got a call back even though I left three voicemails. I should have walked away at that time but I persisted due to the recommendation. I scheduled the services online and at that stage received an email back from the company. After explaining their services, they suggested an alternative to what I had booked to best meet my needs which I appreciated.
