I am very pleased with my windows. They look the best they have looked in years! Navonte Hayes is highly skilled, efficient, and hard-working. He explained everything clearly and kept me posted on his progress throughout the day. In addition, he took great care in making sure he left no trace. He handled my 34-year-old blinds with care, wore shoe protectors each time he entered the house, and cleaned each work area to perfection. He arrived on time, was professional and took the time to understand what it was that we wanted him to do before he started. This group is just the best! They are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, careful, and professional. It was a joy having them power wash my house and clean my windows inside and out. They fit me in with short notice, which was a welcome surprise. They brought the gang and were able to be in and out in 90 minutes. My windows look brand new. No more pollen messing up my view. The customer service and communication from this location is not good. My restaurant was scheduled for window washing service on 11/21 but no one showed up. We sent a message and received a reply from the owner, Ed, stating a tech had called out but they would be out later that day. No one came out or called with an update. Reached out again 11/25 to find out when the crew would be out, no one responded. Called 12/11 and asked to speak with Ed, but was quickly told he was out. Office Manager got on the phone so I asked her why no one had called or followed up about service. She stated they were behind due to colder weather and we were scheduled for 12/21. I asked why we were skipped and she said someone had called our contact. Told her no one had called since I was the direct contact. Mana
