Window Installation Specialists - Westmoreland

We had windows installed in September 2021, custom order, new construction black inside and out Pella. They installed them incorrectly, which our trusted framer noticed and alerted us to. This led to a nightmare back and forth between us, Window Installation Specialists, and the local Pella window rep. It's easier to be struck by lightning than finding another company to uninstall brand new windows, then reinstall them correctly, but we eventually did. Giving three stars instead of one as they did eventually refund the installation part of the quote. Hopefully the company is better these days.

Windows are good quality. However, the owner is not professional when it comes to following up on projects. The crew he has is decent at best in regards to respecting your home. The owner has foul language and seems to snap out of nowhere on his employees. I was happy with the project, but not sure how anyone could work for this company.

Absolutely thrilled with the service provided by Window Installation Specialists! From the initial consultation to the final installation, everything was smooth and professional. The team was knowledgeable, efficient, and left my home looking fantastic. Highly recommend!

Set up appointment for Melissa ( owner ) to give me a price on a new door. Melissa was a no show for the appointment. When I did get in touch with her several days later, Melissa said the reason she did not come to my house was that she was there 2 years ago to give me a price on windows. Melissa figured I would not buy a door from her because I did not purchase windows. She said I probably bought cheaper windows, but I actually purchased better windows that she did not sell, then she hung up on me.
