The person who setup the appointment listened to our concerns and expectations for the visit, and was able to concisely convey those expectations to Steve, prior to our meeting. His quote was thousands less that the others. Quinn supported me while I navigated financing online by answering my endless text questions. Not only did I get beautiful windows but they were installed in a day leaving no trace that older windows were ever there. Even the windows I chose NOT to replace were faced off to match the new.
