Ivan and his crew showed up on time and did wonderful work. They were thorough and careful with the window sills, floors, walls. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. Would recommend to anyone looking for new windows and to work with professional and reliable people. Angela did a great job explaining the kinds of windows that best fit our needs. The sales process felt simple and straight forward. She answered all my questions in a timely manner and was very pleasant to work with. Amy made sure that even though there was a delay in permits she was able to get the best crew on the job to both reduce install time and have everything done before Christmas Appreciate the work all around and excited to have the new windows.

We worked with Dani to replace several old single-pane picture windows in our house with much better insulating operable windows. She worked hard to get us the best price possible. We haven't gotten them installed yet, but Window Nation uses Milgard in our area, and we're familiar with the product quality, so I am sure we'll be happy once they're in! And if not, the lifetime guarantee on the product and install means we will be one way or another ;-)

So far the experience has been very positive. Angela Anderson was extremely helpful during the pitch. She was not pushy and took the time to answer all of our questions. She has worked with us on various options before making a final decision. Our install is now schedule a month ahead of schedule and I can’t wait for the final product! I will update once that is done but if this experience holds, I expect it to be wonderful. Thank you Angela for all your help so far!

We agreed to the sales presentation and pricing. Our salesperson, Dani, was very helpful and professional. Pricing is reasonable given price increases over the years. Our house is over 30 years old so replacing some windows has become necessary.

The sales representative, Dani Tofte, was very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable and informed. She answered all our questions And allowed us to make an informed decision. She was not pushy and we felt that she had our best interests at heart. She made this a pleasant experience.
