Window Town of Watertown

The whole process was seamless and Chase the installer was fantastic and did amazing work. The windows transformed the house. No question in my mind, I would refer them to anyone. Prices were more than reasonable. Chase was awesome!

The Window Town installer showed up on time and went straight to work. The job was completed in a timely manner. It was obvious that the installer knew what he was doing. The new windows look awesome. I could have not asked for a better job. I will definitely use these guys again when I need windows replaced. Vert satisfied.

The WindowTown team of Watertown, NY has been a great experience from start to finish. The initial visit and measurements were good, things explained well as to what was included and what was not. There was a bit of turn-around between order and install, 50% down also required. Install.came.exactky as promised. That worked his tail off in the super humid and hot day. He was onsite about 9 and gone before 4- everything done, no mess, and great demonstration of operation (5 windows). I even called installer later to ask a further question and immediately got a response. Let's be real: they are replacing windows.
