This company did an awesome job on landscaping my front yard. I originally had mulch, weeds and over grown bushes. They not only pulled everything up and laid down the rock that I wanted, but they came up with a creative idea and added a little front porch seating area. They were caring, respectful, hard workers! They even reused some of the old mulch to clean up an area in my back yard without me asking. They fixed my sprinklers and added drip lines as well. Great job all around!! They did a great job replacing two of my window wells and worked with me on a tight schedule. Rick was great and very communicative and Victor stayed on top of everything on-site as they started the project. After discovering significant water intrusion in our basement following a heavy rainstorm, my husband and I reached out to Window Wells CO around 7:00 PM, unsure of what to do next. To our relief, Rick personally answered the call and immediately walked us through the situation. He gave us clear, step-by-step guidance on what supplies to pick up from Home Depot that night, and even stayed on the phone with us afterward to help us set up the pump correctly — including troubleshooting the window well issue with us via FaceTime that same evening. The following morning, Victor arrived promptly, confirmed the root cause, and even provided a better-quality pump to keep us protected while the final solution was being prepared. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Rick and Cindy were amazing. Rick came over the same day to trouble shoot the issue with my yard and window wells. Rick determined the window wells needed to be replaced and that my side yard (where the window wells are) needed to be improved. This was quite a project.
