Window Works

Stay away from this company. They were recently sold and are no longer honoring or offering a decent warranty. Had a large window put in 2 years ago with lifetime window replacement and was told they aren't honoring any warranties. Filed a claim with the BBB and the company never addressed the issue. Poor customer service.

Do yourself a favor and stay clear of these folks. I purchased windows that came with a lifetime warranty. The windows were installed without flashing and rotted out, and ruined an interior and exterior wall of my home. I called to get replacement windows and was told they were very sorry, but since the merger they are not responsible for any warranty work. They said I could contact the former owner, via usps mail and maybe he would cover the claim.

My windows are freezing and we have had numerous problems like a frame cracking on a less then 4 year old window and the seal breaking in my bedroom to the point when the room was freezing cold and they wouldn't fix it until there was visible a crack in another windows frame. So after they fixed the seal on that window and a frame on another great job on that. Now I have a problem with the seal you fixed I can't even sleep at night my room is 64 degrees and freezing cold at night I have to have a heater on in my room to get towards an normal temperature. Also lifetime warranty is BS they want me to pay for the fix on a window that had non stop problems my room had never been warm in the winter this is a awful company! I installed with Chicago Window Guys not long ago they did a much better

Very disappointing to hear what happened with this company. New ownership I purchased almost $35,000 worth of windows and doors in 2019 and now they wont accept the warranty for a cracked window anymore. Not thinking of current customer and very disappointing.

We decided to replace our front window that was foggy in between the panes and could no longer be cleaned. We decided on a bay window. My Window Works was much lower than other quotes we received. It really made the living room look bigger and brighter. It's beautiful and was done in one day!
