Window World Garden State West

We had 23 large windows installed by Window World, and the whole process was excellent. The crew worked quickly and did a great job with the installation. Very clean. It’s been a year now and the windows are still working perfectly with no issues. On top of that, the price was great compared to other companies. Overall, fantastic value and a smooth experience — highly recommend! Luigi was excellent to work with.

**Updated Review** ——————————————— It took quite sometime to get our windows replaced with new windows. But we are now happy with the new replacement windows that were brought to us a few months back. Also, needed to have a window tech come to our home about a month or two ago to fix our window locks as they were not locking properly. Turns out that our windows were missing important brackets that would help keep the center window from moving from the center. Seems like on installation day about 3 years ago, the installers forgot to put them on. But besides that, thank you so much to Larry who personally came and replaced our windows, our Sales Representative Robert who helped us every step of the way until everything was resolved and also to Pam, who would always give us a call to follo

While I am pleased with my windows purchased in 2018, I am very dissatisfied with how this location handled my warranty claim, filed with them in June 2025 & still no response. I have called/emailed them numerous times to be told my part was in by Luigi, another woman on the phone and/or Larry. Been told they would come out to install the part, today 2/16/2026, still not done. I have also contacted Window World Corporate office and the Better Business Bureau and have received NO responses. At this point I will file my warranty claim with another WW franchise. Avoid dealing with this franchise location.

Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. I paid a 50% deposit in October 2024 for a sliding patio door and was promised delivery and installation within 6–8 weeks. That never happened. After following up in January 2025, I was told the door would be ready in “two more weeks.” In February, I spoke directly with the owner, who claimed they had my door but that it was manufactured with the wrong opening direction. He asked for another two weeks to fix the issue and schedule installation. From that point on, communication was extremely poor. I followed up repeatedly throughout March via phone calls and messages with no meaningful response, updates, or resolution. Hired Window World of Flemington to replace my windows, as 1 does with a Window store. Sales person was great, no pressure whatsoever. Gave me the information I needed when I needed it. Very, very different than other high pressure window replacement companies. So far so good. There was a significant lead time on the windows due to the state of the world right now, that was fine (~12weeks) Installers showed up on a snowy February day and did their work very quickly. Here's where the problems started. They broke the vinyl j-channel around most of the windows they installed and tried to cover it up with other pieces of vinyl and silicon.
