Window World of Central PA

It’s been over 3 years since we got all new replacement windows on our old 1950s rancher. It’s pouring raining and I realized, these windows are great! Never had ANY issues. The price was amazing compared to many other companies, they guys were professional and years later I’m still loving them. They did a great job for us!

I ordered a window to match another Window World window in our office, and ordered the wrong grid profile (Flat instead of sculptured). I was prepared to live with it as is was hardly noticeable. When the order arrived the window was noticeably different than the one previous installed. Upon calling this location I found that the factory had misinformed us a bit. Window world put a rush on the replacement and not only fixed their mistake they offered to fix mine. The different profile grids were an additional cost which they ate for me and also gave me the window that they delivered. I'm not sure what I'll do with it but it will stand as a reminder that good service and logical business isn't dead. Thank you window world for being ethical, friendly, and helpful. I will order again.

Stay away! They suck you in with their competitive prices and then make you wait an unbelievable amount of time. We ordered our door in May and still haven't received a time to have it installed. Quick to take your money but can't get you the product in a reasonable amount of time. VERY DISAPPOINTING
