10/10 recommend Window World. Derek our sales agent was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He made the whole process of getting new windows go seamlessly. And did I mention the installation team? They were phenomenal! They had all 14 windows installed in about 4 hours. The install went so smoothly and they cleaned up after themselves afterwards, and left my house looking better than when they came in! Thanks Window World for a job well done!!

We had our windows replaced (27 windows) by Window World at the beginning of October. We could not be happier. Our sales team member Layne (and his wife :)) were knowledgeable and easy to communicate with when we had questions. The instal team (who were all Window World employees, not contractors BTW) led by Kenny was professional. They cleaned everything well and walked me through each window to make sure all were perfect. Recently replaced 19 original, builder-grade aluminum-frame windows with vinyl windows. I contracted with Window World to do the replacement. Tim Schmitz, our sales rep, was great. Friendly, courteous, professional. No hard sell. Presented the product, made suggestions, explained payment options, stayed in touch with follow-ups. Tim is a pro and enjoyable to work with. The installation crew, headed up by crew chief Kenny, was exemplary. They were on time, respectful of our home and furnishings , being careful not to damage furniture, landscape, etc. Windows were installed with attention to detail. Window World was amazing from start to finish. Ismael was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. Pricing was very reasonable and financing helped make our decision easier. Mario and his crew called beforehand and let me know their timing. He came in to check everything out and within 5 minutes, they were already starting demolition. They finished 9 windows in about 3 hours and cleaned up behind themselves. He explained everything clearly and was very courteous. We couldn’t be happier with the end result. I just love our new windows! The whole experience went very smoothly, from the sales associate to the installers! I couldn't be more pleased. The guys installing went right to work putting out tarps taking the old windows out. The process took only about 2 hours for out 3 windows. And they cleaned everything up so nicely. Thanks WW!
