The windows are amazing and beautiful! The sales rep was not pushy and the lady in the office went over and beyond to assist us. The crew was great from start to finish! The crew did 22 windows in one day. Our windows were 60 year old, with aluminum frames.The crew was very efficient and took great care of our home when they were inside. Everyone was easy to work with, it was a wonderful experience! We are beyond happy. We highly recommend Window World!

The ordering process with Dave was straightforward, with no-haggle direct pricing. 10 new windows of various sizes. Installation was one young man, Thomas, and he killed it! Very detailed, took his time and the caulking looks great. Took 10 weeks from order to install completed, which met expectations set of 8-12 weeks.

Thomas was great with giving explanations and very professional. He took his shoes off every time he came into the house. He cleaned up his mess and very efficient.
