Window World of Hattiesburg

I had a positive experience with Window World, it took a bit longer for the windows to be manufactured than expected, but the installation team was crackerjack. Even though the removal of my old windows proved to be pretty tough they did not rush, adjusted their schedule to come back and finish the next day. Extra care was taken to make them weatherproof, LOTS of caulk, great cleanup and I hope I never have to test the wonderful warranty.

The whole team did a great job of installing the windows. A tarp was placed under each window that the team was working on and cleaned the mess as they went from window to window. Excellent job on installing and caulking. Highly recommended!

We were initially told 6-8 weeks before the windows and the door were to be customized and installed. It has now been 3 months and no windows or door. We have to email them or text them for updates. Now they are saying they are short on installers. I’m now wishing I had gone through another company. I went by the previous reviews. So disappointed

The crew that came and did my installation was very efficient and professional. It took 1 1/2 days to complete my windows. They left everything clean and hauled away all the old windows. It is such a difference in sound and temperature. We have a quail flight pen about 40’ from our bedroom window and we could hear the birds all night. We can’t hear them at all now. I love my new windows. I hated to cover them with curtains! 😂 They are beautiful!

The experience I had with Window World was A+. My experience from the original salesman, the guy that measured the windows, and the crew that installed were all professional, courteous and respectful. Guys came out put the windows in cleaned up washed the windows. Said Thank you and left! Took the time to show me how to open and close and the little extras that the window offered.. I can’t say enough about the service we were given when we ordered our windows from WW!
