First off the sales person was prompt and knowledgeable of his product. He took all the time we needed to fully understand the product, warranty and build of the windows. He gave a very good demonstration. He worked up the numbers clarifying the options we wanted. The price he quoted was spot on un respect to our expectations. The other company we got a quote from was more than 3 times the price. The quality of these windows seems excellent. The installation crew on time to start the project. They worked all day and the next. They weren't able to complete the project the second day because of some extra install issues, so they were back bright and early Saturday morning and work all day to finish. We had new windows put in because our old ones did not keep the noise level down. We live right off a very busy highway. The difference is amazing! I did not think it would be This quiet. The workmen that came to put in the windows were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. They put in six windows in about six hours. We only had the back of the house done, but we will call them to come back and do the front.
