Kind and professional from the initial estimate all the way through installation. The switch over from two swinging glass doors to a sliding door went smoothly, and the way they left it, looks great! Heck, I forgot to get some info before they left… I called the office and the installer came back to clear things up. Sure, I’m sorry I made them a little late to their next appointment, but I sure did appreciate the prompt response!

very unhappy with service. i purchased garage doors and an entry door Color came in different than I thought. I was very upset. I never even received a phone call from the owner to see what the problem was. I received a swach of what they said I chose which was different than the original photo. Also I kept asking for the brand of the front door and received a nasty email that they got back to me “per my persistent request”. Wow asking for something you should have already had is a problem for them. This was such a bad experience and very bad customer service.

From beginning to end, Window World did exceptional work. We only waited 23 years to do this and we’re glad we did. Thanks to Chris and the very professional and meticulous installers! The window is a very good insulator. Unfortunately, our window came with a scratch we didn’t notice until after the installers left. I was told it would be replaced. That was May. Still haven’t heard a word.

The communication was thorough between contractor and office to ensure a smooth project. The contractors were clean and respectful with our property. The outcome of the project is gorgeous.
